Help Desk Technician

 

Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is an international innovative leader in commercial catering equipments located with 12 locations throughout the United States of America. As a fast growing company, We are seeking a Help Desk Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial equipment repair and should be experienced in refrigeration, gas, and electrical service.

Job Description:

The Help Desk Technician will support the on-site field technician, over the phone, to troubleshoot and repair our equipment. The Help Desk Technician will also answer calls from customers, diagnose the problem as best as possible, dispatch a technician while suggesting the parts necessary and advice on the repair, and follow up to be sure the repair was done right and on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certified as an HVAC technician through a technical school, or receive HVAC training and experience from an apprenticeship program
  • Relevant technical training and experience in commercial cooking equipment repair. CFESA certification a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience repairing commercial food cooking equipment and/or commercial refrigeration.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to concentrate, handle pressure, meet deadlines and pay attention to details
  • Professional and courteous phone skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal computer, keyboarding
  • Maintain a great attitude
  • Excellent judgment skills and creativity
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks with a sense of urgency
