Customer Service Representative

Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is an international innovative leader in commercial catering equipments located with 12 locations throughout the United States of America. As a fast growing company, we are seeking talented Customer Service Representative to provide product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

DUTIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and warranty services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Schedule appointments with local service technicians to resolve technical issues on site

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Associates Degree or higher
