Admin Assistant for Service

Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is an international innovative leader in commercial catering equipments located with 12 locations throughout the United States of America. As a fast growing company, we are seeking talented Admin Assistant for Service to join our team.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

DUTIES:

  • Answer phone calls with good communication skills
  • File organization and detail oriented
  • Have some QuickBooks knowledge
  • Like working as part of a team and will  to help others
  • Well-presented, polite and tactful
  • Can handle complaints in a calm manner
  • Have good IT skills and numeracy skills
  • Ensure that every customer who steps in through the company’s door leaves a happy person
  • Assist customers in making decisions that will save them money in their purchases
  • Provide help to customers by offering advice whenever necessary
  • Resolve issues and complaints from clients by providing them with appropriate information
  • May be responsible for handling payments and ad, playing a part in various events and customer promotions
  • Keep the company’s database and enter necessary customer information unto the existing ones whenever necessary

Qualifications:

  • 2 years customer service experience or related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School or Equivalent
