|Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is an international innovative leader in commercial catering equipment located with 12 locations throughout the United States of America. As a fast growing company, we are seeking talented Service Dispatcher / Office Admin to join our team.
Our company is searching for an ambitious and hardworking professional to Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians to service calls as needed. Track the progress of Technicians to provide the most up to date information to the customers. Contact customers as necessary to schedule initial service, provide estimated time of arrivals, verify arrival confirmations, and conduct follow ups. Always maintain a calm, courteous, and professional customer service attitude. Maintain the customer database and service call information with current customer information. Must provide clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers. Assists and fills in for Office Administrator as necessary. Must aid in the completion of any miscellaneous needs of the Atosa office assigned. Reports to Atosa Branch Operations Manager and Atosa Service Manager. Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
