Atosa Catering Equipment, Inc. is an international innovative leader in commercial catering equipment located with 12 locations throughout the United States of America. As a fast growing company, we are seeking talented Recruiter to work in our Brea Headquarters.

Job Description:

Atosa’s Recruiter will be responsible for seeking out professional candidates with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill open position within our growing company. This individual will locate potential employees via recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Contact candidates and confirms interview schedules. May conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references and respond to routine questions on HR policy. Checks candidates work history, competency and other qualifications. Makes offers that have been approved by hiring manager and conducts orientation for new employees. Assists in developing job descriptions and interview questions for new positions with the hiring manager. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.


  • Recruiting: Conduct pre-employment screening interviews, schedule interviews and meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for scheduled interviews and meetings.
  • Job Advertisements: Post positions to appropriate Internet sources, assist in the improvement of the company website recruiting section to aid in recruiting, research new ways of using the internet for recruitment, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates, develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting
  • On-boarding / Orientation: All new hire documentation to be explained to new employees and help given to new hires as needed to complete. Introduce new employees to their co-workers, work station, and daily duties, ensuring that they have everything necessary to be successful. 
  • Off-boarding: All exiting documentation to be completed to ensure that we can comfortably part ways with the exiting employee.
  • Compensation: Reviewing statistical compensation data, comparing regional average compensation for open positions to ensure that Atosa is offering competitive wage.
  • Benefits: Assisting in the explanation of available benefits for new hires, aiding in enrollment process for new hires.
  • Employee Records: Preparing personnel files for new hires, filing paperwork and documents.
  • Misc.: Completing background checks and verification of employment history.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Job Field: 2- 4 years
  • Highly confidential and follow human resource protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Proper interviewing etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws (CA and Out of State).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated.
